About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ABA Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays an essential part in sourcing, interviewing, and securing top talent to support the needs of our clinical teams. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for engaging with candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young adults with autism.

You will use data-driven strategies and analytics to optimize the recruitment process, and you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand specific talent needs. If you're a proactive, organized, and communication-driven individual, we want you to help us build the team that helps Triumph continue to expand its positive impact.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates for a variety of ABA-related roles including BCBAs, Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other clinical support positions.
  • Interview Process: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for our team.
  • Collaborative Hiring: Work with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand specific staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to our ABA-focused roles.
  • Offer Management: Facilitate job offers, negotiate terms, and manage candidate expectations throughout the offer acceptance and onboarding process.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilize recruitment data, metrics, and performance indicators to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
  •          Employer Branding: Represent Triumph's values, mission, and culture in all interactions with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.        
  • Collaboration: Support the transition of hired candidates to the onboarding process, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into their new roles.

Job Requirements:          

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Previous experience recruiting for healthcare or ABA-related positions is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR platforms, and job boards. Strong familiarity with using recruitment analytics tools to measure and improve hiring processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues in the recruitment process.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Services, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Compensation Package: 

Arizona Pay Range: $45,000 - $65,000
